As a Business Development Executive, you are responsible for sourcing new opportunities from new and existing clients. Should have a good sense of identifying suitable opportunities. Use of different tools, platforms, and techniques to generate potential leads. A person should keep him/herself updated with trends and technologies. Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Source the opportunities. Generate new leads.
- Start-to-end CRM tracking of leads and keep up to date details of all leads.
- Regularly use the Bidding tools and keep checking and submitting there.
- Regular reporting to the Business Head.
- Demo or Presentation as and when needed.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Explore potential opportunities that fit with our competencies.
- Must have 3+ years of experience with a service-based software company.
- Experienced with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or any other known platforms.
- Generate leads from various sources like Local business directories, LinkedIn, Clutch.io, Conferences, and Other Networking/Social Media platforms.
- Email marketing and running campaigns.
- Organize leads through any CRM tools or Excel. Ensure proper tracking and follow-ups on leads.
- Work towards achieving goals set from time to time by the Business head.
- You should at least have a marketing degree or certifications.
- Highly motivated and passionate about generating more business.
Good To Have:
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Prior experience and knowledge of sales.
- Knowledge of software development.
