As a Business Development Executive, you are responsible for sourcing new opportunities from new and existing clients. Should have a good sense of identifying suitable opportunities. Use of different tools,  platforms, and techniques to generate potential leads. A person should keep him/herself updated with trends and technologies. Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Source the opportunities. Generate new leads.
  • Start-to-end CRM tracking of leads and keep up to date details of all leads.
  • Regularly use the Bidding tools and keep checking and submitting there.
  • Regular reporting to the Business Head.
  • Demo or Presentation as and when needed.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Explore potential opportunities that fit with our competencies.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience with a service-based software company.
  • Experienced with bidding platforms like Upwork,  Freelancer, Guru, or any other known platforms.
  • Generate leads from various sources like Local business directories, LinkedIn, Clutch.io, Conferences, and Other Networking/Social Media platforms.
  • Email marketing and running campaigns.
  • Organize leads through any CRM tools or Excel. Ensure proper tracking and follow-ups on leads.
  • Work towards achieving goals set from time to time by the Business head.
  • You should at least have a marketing degree or certifications.
  • Highly motivated and passionate about generating more business.

Good To Have:

  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of sales.
  • Knowledge of software development.
