Technical Skills :
- Experience working for a service-based software development company.
- Strong with Requirement gathering, understanding, and analysis of requirements.
- Divide whole requirements into smaller parts, discuss them and prepare clean requirements documents like SRS, BRD, User Stories etc.
- Should be able to explain the requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date requirements and documentation.
- Excellent communication both oral and written.
- Should have excellent demo preparation and presentation skills.
- Any certification in the Business Analyst profile is added advantage.
- Should be able to translate the business requirements to Use Cases, ER Diagrams and other supporting documentation.
- Experience with wireframing tools like Pencil or any other tools.
- Should be aware of the latest technology trends.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Experience with Trello, JIRA and creation ER-Diagrams are preferred.
- Ability to understand and read customer mindset.
- Organized and detailed oriented.
- Energetic, Positive, and Helping Nature.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication.
